Christopher R. Williams


Chris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Michigan. Mr. Williams’ professional experience includes Ford Motor Company in Engineering, DLP, Inc. in new product development, and Medtronic, Inc. as New Venture Manager. He was a founder and president of a retail product development and distribution company. He has over 25 years’ experience in medical product design, development, and manufacturing, and holds several patents in the field.

Ronald A. Williams, Ph.D.

Advisory Council

Dr. Williams has more than 35 years’ experience in the medical device business including research, product development, manufacturing, and general management. He began his career as researcher at Battelle Memorial Institute and over the years has held senior management positions at Baxter International, DLP, Inc., and Medtronic, Inc. He holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical /Biomedical engineering from Penn State University, is a registered Professional Engineer, and has over 15 patents on various medical devices.

Bernadette Legarreta


Bernadette has over 30 years of experience focused primarily in the medical device industry. She recently joined Medbio in 2020 after serving in multiple leadership positions with private equity backed healthcare companies.  Bernadette was most recently the CFO of TCGRx, a pharmacy automation solutions, where she was responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, including a successful merger with Parata Systems. Prior to TCGRx, she served as the Interim CFO and Worldwide Controller of Beaver-Visitec International. Bernadette has extensive experience in manufacturing and international finance and accounting, holding various leadership roles with Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Teleflex Medical, and Cardinal Health.  She holds a B.A. in Accounting and a MBA from New Mexico State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. 

John Woodhouse

Director of Sales and Marketing

A leader in sales and marketing for over 25 years, John joined Medbio in 2008. Throughout his career, John has made a name for himself as a strategic thinker and motivational leader. His sales and customer service focus was developed working in a family-owned business, as well as selling specialty engineered components in the automotive industry. His leadership and motivational skills were fine tuned leading outdoor expeditions for Wilderness Ventures in the western states and Alaska. John holds a BA in Communications from Aquinas College. He is an active member of his professional community through memberships and leadership roles.

Sue Feenstra

Director of Finance and Business Systems

Sue holds a BBA in Accounting and a MBA in Management from Western Michigan University. She joined Medbio in 2006 after many years in the office furniture industry. Sue was the Plant Controller for several Haworth Plants including their steel furniture plant, the Specials Plant, and their Distribution Facility. She later became the Senior Financial Analyst for the Steel Business Unit. Her extensive experience includes financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounting, and auditing.

Sean Callaghan


Sean holds a Plastics Technology Degree from Ferris State University, a B.S. in Operations Management, and an MBA from Central Michigan University. Sean joined Medbio in 2005 after 9 years as manager of the DLP/Medtronic Grand Rapids molding and distribution facility, and overseeing Lacks Industries’ wheel manufacturing operations.


President, Orchard Park

Ben has been with the team since 2003 and has moved from business development to director. He has over 20 years of experience within the medical device industry. He holds a BS in mathematics & economics and an MBA from Canisius College. Prior to joining Medbio, Ben held several leadership roles while also being an active member of many associations within the plastic manufacturing industry and the New York State healthcare community. He has served as Board of Directors for numerous associations, the President of Manufacturers Association of Plastics Processors, as well as the founder and President of Healthy Manufacturers of New York State. 

Chuck LEE

President, Clinton Township

Chuck joined the Medbio team in 2019 to lead the integration of recently acquired AIM Plastics into the Medbio family. With over 30 years of prior leadership experience across a variety of industries, Chuck made a name for himself as a strategic, motivational, and problem-solving leader. His first role as president leading a Michigan-based joint venture company resulted in being included in the “Future 50 of Detroit” twice in 6 years.  Later, Chuck was named president of a contract manufacturer in Ohio which he twice led to receiving the “Top 99 Places for Top Talent” award.  Chuck holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials and Logistics Management / Supply Chain from Michigan State University.
