Job Details

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ship product (including deliveries of product) to customers using required or best method
  • Responsible to ship non-product items as directed (tooling, samples, returns, etc…)
  • Responsible to receive product and make appropriate determinations according to procedures and policies
  • Responsible to charge and operate all hi-lows and pallet jacks effectively, safely and accident free
  • Responsible to maintain organization, cleanliness and efficient use of warehouse
  • Assist with inventory control and reconciling physical inventories per schedule
  • Assist as you can with production including warehouse production
  • Assist with material mixing and product staging
  • Must follow all specifications, departmental procedures and all ISO/GMPs
  • Must understand department goals and objectives as well as participate in advancing them
  • Must be able to work as a team with other Operators and Support staff
  • Able to communicate effectively with all Medbio personnel, suppliers and customers
  • Conform to the culture, vision and mission of Medbio
  • Communicate to management any situation that may arise be it job specific or employee related
  • Complete any task or special project that may be assigned to you


Organizational Relationships:

This position will directly report to the Supply Chain Manager. There will be frequent interaction with Quality personnel, Production Manager as well as regular interaction with Engineering.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and Post-High School education as appropriate
  • 2-5 years experience in a fast-paced, similar environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to work with people at different levels
  • Positive attitude for continued learning
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have experience with GMPs and ISO
  • Must have basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a standard 40 hour workweek with occasional overtime including weekends as a possibility. Sitting and/or standing for an extended period of time as well as some walking within the facility. Must be able to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish color differences and depth perception for product and safety issues.  Hearing ability should be sufficient to hear and react to audible alarms from distances up to 100 feet. The ability lift and carry various items up to 70 pounds.
